Experience
Ricco Gatti, Jr., was licensed
to practice law in March, 1953, with continued active practice to present,
limited to personal injury claims. He has 45 years of experience as
a trial lawyer, representing individuals, as plaintiffs, in their claims
for personal injuries. His court trial practice includes Circuit Court,
Chancery Court, Tennessee Court of Appeals, Tennessee Supreme Court
and Federal District Court.
Gatti is a member of the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association,
and Memphis and Shelby County Bar Association.
Education
He received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Administration from Memphis State College,
and a Bachelor of Law degree from Memphis State University.
Personal
Gattie was born on February
26, 1922, in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee. He graduated from Messick
High School in 1939. Then he enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corps in
July, 1940, and served on active duty through World War II. Transferred
to the U.S. Air Force Reserve, with combined 22 years of active and
ready reserve military duty. Retired Lt. Colonel from the U.S. Air Force
