Profile
Abby Odom is a trial attorney known for aggressive advocacy, strategic litigation, and relentless dedication to her clients. She brings extensive experience in both criminal and civil litigation and has represented clients in high-pressure, high-stakes matters both inside and outside the courtroom.
Abby earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master’s degree in Education from the University of Memphis before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Her background in science gives her a strong foundation for handling complex personal injury cases involving medical treatment, injuries, and technical evidence. She is able to break down complicated medical issues, identify critical details others may overlook, and build cases with both precision and strategy.
In addition to her courtroom experience, Abby previously served in an in-house counsel role handling complex regulatory and compliance matters involving multiple government agencies and regulatory bodies. That experience sharpened her ability to navigate complicated systems, challenge powerful institutions, and advocate effectively against corporations, insurance companies, and bureaucratic red tape.
Clients know Abby as a fierce and determined advocate who does not back down when their future, finances, or recovery are on the line. She believes injured people deserve more than routine representation; they deserve an attorney willing to fight for them with preparation, strategy, and intensity. Whether negotiating with insurance carriers or preparing a case for trial, Abby is committed to pursuing the strongest possible outcome for every client she represents.
When she is not practicing law, Abby enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, riding UTVs, caring for her koi pond, working with flowers and gardening, and spending time with her dogs and chickens.
