At Gatti, Keltner, Bienvenu & Montesi, PLC, we fight to protect the rights of people who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents throughout the Tri-State area of western Tennessee, eastern Arkansas and northern Mississippi. We help our clients in many other ways as well. We are here for you today.
Insurance companies have one goal: to pay you as little as possible. Our goal is to get you as much compensation as we can. But the sooner you contact us after a motor vehicle accident, the better our chances will be to do that. If you have been injured in an accident — contact a Memphis motor vehicle accident attorney for a free consultation.
The Difference That Trial Experience Makes
Although most personal injury lawsuits settle, it is difficult to obtain fair settlement terms if the insurer is not convinced your attorneys can beat them in court. With our more than 150 years of combined experience and a nearly 40-year track record of successful results in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi courts — our clients never have to worry that insurers won’t take their claims seriously.
Our lawyers have successfully represented drivers, passengers, bicyclists, pedestrians and others who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents of all types:
See our Motor Vehicle Accidents Practice page for a more general overview of negligence law and various legal issues associated with these accidents.

Holding Negligent Drivers Responsible
At Gatti, Keltner, Bienvenu & Montesi, we are dedicated to holding negligent drivers responsible for the harm they cause and helping auto accident victims recover compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and other damages. Unfortunately, car accidents are a common occurrence on our roads and highways. The results of a car accident can be catastrophic, including head injury, brain injury, and spinal cord injury. Our lawyers have the experience to help car accident victims deal with the complicated aftermath of a serious accident and receive the justice they deserve. We strive to get our clients the best results possible, and if a settlement cannot be reached, then we are prepared to try the case. All cases are different and results are case-specific, but our attorneys work hard to obtain the best result possible for each client we serve.

We were able to get at the fault party’s insurance company to pay all medicals, current and future earnings, as well as for the pain and suffering. We were able to resolve the case for $100,000.
- Client sustained fatal head injury while driving his pickup truck and was unable to avoid colliding with a tractor-trailer going in the opposite direction which turned left in front of him.
